This intranet provides a platform for scholars interested in new institutionalism - one of the leading theories in organisation studies worldwide.

It has been set up by scholars in Germany and Austria, where new institutionalism is becoming increasingly widespread in organisation and management research and in organisational sociology. It is intended for scholars both within German speaking countries and beyond and the working languages are German and English.

On this platform you can find out more about current developments, both in terms of theory and empirical research, details of workshops and conferences, current publications and literature and teaching material (overheads etc.). It also enables you to become more closely networked with scholars to promote the exchange of ideas and research cooperation.

If you are interested in becoming part of the network and contributing to it, all you need to do is to become a member. You will then be able to find out more about „People“ - who is involved, „Projects“ – who is working on which research projects; „Forum“ – which topics are being discussed; Teaching – overheads and literature suitable for teaching.

The intranet is in the process of being built up and it lives from the contributions of its members. Our aim is to develop a common “knowledge bank” on new institutionalist organisation theory.
